Something tells us this is going to be one super kid.  

Superman Returns star Brandon Routh and wife Courtney Ford welcomed their first child Friday, a rep for the couple confirmed to E! News.

So, what did the gorgeous couple name their little one?

Leo James!

"We're in awe...we can't take our eyes off him!" the new parents gushed to People, with Routh telling the mag Ford is a "rockstar."

The 34-year-old Parenthood actress and Routh worked hard to keep their pregnancy news under wraps, with Ford telling People in March, "Flu and food poisoning excuses only work for so long, and by the last episode I could no longer button my pants! I just tried to joke that I had a big lunch."
